Computers and drives can fail without warning. If you want Servo Computers to back up your important photos and files before service, please choose that option below. Backup service involves an additional fee that will be discussed with you first.

I authorize Servo Computers to diagnose and perform the services I approve. I understand that diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, software work, malware removal, and data transfer can involve a risk of data loss. Servo Computers is not responsible for lost or damaged data, files, programs, or settings. I am responsible for maintaining a current backup unless I purchase and approve a separate backup service.

The standard trip charge is $29 when applicable and may be reduced or waived on the final invoice. Additional work or parts will be discussed before charges are added.
